How to Use JSV Coco Fiber Trays
- 1. Moisten the Tray
- Lightly spray water to dampen the tray before use. This helps the fibers settle and retain moisture better.
- 2. Add Growing Medium (if needed)
- You can plant directly in the tray, or fill it with coco peat, potting mix, or compost for added nutrients.
- 3. Sow Seeds or Transplant Seedlings
- Sprinkle seeds evenly or place young plants into the tray cells.
- Cover seeds lightly with soil if required.
- 4. Water Gently
- Mist or lightly water to avoid disturbing seeds.
- Keep the tray consistently moist but not soggy.
- 5. Provide Light and Warmth
- Place the tray in a sunny spot or under grow lights for optimal germination and growth.
- 6. Transplant When Ready
- Once seedlings are strong enough, you can transplant the entire tray cell directly into the soil. The coir will decompose naturally, minimizing root shock.
